“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…’” Genesis 1:28 (KJV) Before we establish a Biblical basis for church planting, we have to answer the question for ourselves “What is Father’s vision for the world?”  Once we have somewhat of an understanding of Father’s heart for a lost world, we will start to appreciate His strategy.
