This course is designed to help the Master Trainers to understand the role culture in ministering to the people. The course helps the Master Trainers undertand the cultural distinctives and formulate their ministry.
At the end of the course, the Master Trainers will acquire the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to engage in missions effectively by involving in the culturally relevant way.
The Master Trainers are required to attend the face to face classes on Carmel campus and there after the online classes. They are encouraged to take in class discussions through the e-learning system, e-Vachana. They need to read available
material in the library and suggested online material to acquainted with the subject. They are required to write an anthropological profile of the people they are ministering to.
